  1.  Can I trust Tiff to come clean my house?

 Yes. Tiff is both licensed and insured. She has been professionally cleaning for over 3 years
  1.  What happens if something goes wrong during my cleaning?
         Tiff will alert you immediately by text or in person, along with photos as proof. She will then discuss next steps to make it right
  1.   Do I have to be home when Tiff arrives?
                For first time visits, yes.  After that, it is dependent upon your comfort level. You are more than welcome to give her a key,  door code, garage code, etc
  1.   What is your cancellation policy? 

         Great question! Please give at least 24 hours notice within your cleaning date. If not, there will be a $50 fee charged
  1.  How do I pay Tiff?
         She accepts cash, zelle, or venmo at the time of visit
  1.  Do I have to provide equipment and supplies? 
  No. Tiff will bring her own equipment and supplies every visit. If you have specific products or supplies that you want her to use, you must provide them and it must be discussed prior to the visit
  1.  How do I book my first appointment?
